Troubleshooting QB's Integration

If you receive an error message when trying to integrate Quickbooks or access Quickbooks reports

Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Knit People account
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the drop-down menu and select "My Profile"
  3. At the bottom where it says "Quickbooks Online Integration", click on the Deactivate button
  4. Once you have Deactivated, refresh the page
  5. Click on the Click here to sync button to reactivate
