Troubleshooting QB's Integration
If you receive an error message when trying to integrate Quickbooks or access Quickbooks reports
Please follow these steps:
- Login to your Knit People account
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on the drop-down menu and select "My Profile"
- At the bottom where it says "Quickbooks Online Integration", click on the Deactivate button
- Once you have Deactivated, refresh the page
- Click on the Click here to sync button to reactivate
