Administrators: Updating the Company Bank Account

To add a new company bank account:
  1. Open the Company Tab, select Bank Accounts and then select Add Bank Account in the top right corner
  1. The Add Company Bank Account window will open. Choose the bank name from the drop-down menu and then enter the transit & account number. Select save

(IMPORTANT: Updating banking information is subject to bank verification, which can take up to 3 business days to process)

  1. A micro deposit will be sent to your new bank account. Once you receive the micro deposit, select the 3 action dots located next to the new account. Select verify account and enter the amount of the micro deposit
  2. Once your micro deposit has been verified you can proceed to deleting the old account. Select the 3 action dots and select delete.
