Add an External Payroll Collaborator

Let's say your company has hired a bookkeeper who requires access to your companies Knit profile, no problem! Adding an external payroll collaborator to your Knit account is simple:

  1. Open the Company --> Collaborators and select Add Payroll Collaborator
  2. Select a role from the drop-down menu that best describes your collaborator's role with your company
  3. Enter the collaborator's first & last name and their email address
  4. Once you select Save, the collaborator will receive an email invitation with an account activation link
