Reset your password

To reset your password:

  1. Click here
  2. Type in your email address
  3. Select Send Reset Email

We will then send a password reset link to the email address entered. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox. To avoid having our emails directed to your junk folder, add support@knitpeople.com to your list of email contacts.

Please note that if you request to have your password reset multiple times, make sure to use the link from the most recent password reset email. Each time a new password reset email is sent to an account, all previous password reset email links become void.

If you're unsure which email address to use, please reach out to your employer
