Cancel your paid time off request

If you have requested time off and your request has not yet been approved, you can still cancel it. However, if it has already been approved, you will no longer be able to cancel it, and will need to contact your Employer/PTO Manager to request cancellation.

Follow these steps to cancel a pending request:

  1. Login to your Knit People Profile
  2. Once you have logged in, click on My Time Off on the left-hand side
  3. Use the calendar to locate the pending PTO request you want to cancel. You can change the dates that the calendar is displaying by clicking on the left and right arrows located on the left side or by clicking the Month or Year buttons located on the right side
  4. Once you have located the PTO request you want to cancel, click on the banner. The display box you used to request the time off will appear. At the bottom you will see an option to delete. Click Delete, and your time off request will be cancelled.
