Follow these steps to add a new client company to your practice manager.
Adding a client this way will ensure that they fall under your accounting firm's administrative access, and will only be able to see their own company information, without access to any other companies under your control.
- First, go to your Practice Manager account:
- Next, make sure you click the orange "Add Client" button:
- Finally, fill in the required fields with your client's information, and click "Create."
That's it! Your client's company will be added under your accounting firm's management, and your client will receive an invitation to the platform!
You can navigate to your client's Knit account by selecting the company drop-down menu located at the top of the page to the right of the Knit logo.
