On June 11, 2026, the Canada Revenue Agency released an updated version of the Payroll Deductions Online Calculator (PDOC) to reflect income tax changes in British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador and and Prince Edward Island. These updates, which take effect on July 1, 2026, reflect recent income tax changes and new contribution and deduction rules.
Employers must:
- Ensure compliance by implementing the changes to their payroll system either internally or via their payroll software service provider.
