Planned System Maintenance: Outage of the CRA sign-in services

On May 7, 2026, the Canada Revenue Agency announced that several online services will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance from Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET until Monday, May 11, 2026, at 6 a.m. ET.

During this period, some products and webpages will display service interruption banners to notify users.

The temporary outage will affect the following services:

CRA Account / Compte de l'ARC

Tax Information Web Service/ Services web d’informations fiscales

Identity Validation Service/ Service de validation de l’identité

Identity Exchange Facility (IEF/Portageur)/ Se connecter à l'ARC

Business Registration Online – Register (BRO)/ Inscription en direct des entreprises – Vous inscrire
