Effective April 1, 2026, New Brunswick's minimum wage will increase from $15.65 to $15.90 per hour.
Employers must:
- Comply with the minimum wage standards;
- Update their wage policies accordingly, including revising collective agreements to ensure compliance and fair compensation to all employees; and
- Analyze the impact on the organization’s budget and advise accordingly.
