In addition to the previously announced shutdown from Friday 6, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. (ET) to Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. (ET), the CRA’s online services will be temporarily unavailable starting at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2026 (EST), and will reopen at 5:00 p.m. on February 14, 2026 (EST).
This outage will affect all filing methods, including:
· My CRA account;
· My Business Account; and
· Represent a Client (RAC).
Employers are responsible for:
· Reviewing the maintenance date carefully;
· Assessing the impact on payroll and tax-related processes; and
· Communicating with payroll teams and service providers to minimize disruptions and avoid compliance risks during this maintenance shutdown.
