The CRA’s online services will be unavailable from Friday, February 6, 2026, from 10 p.m. ET until Monday, February 9, 2026, at 6 a.m. ET.
This outage will affect access to the CRA applications, including:
- CRA account (My Account, My Business Account, Represent a Client);
- Payroll Deductions Online Calculator (PDOC);
- Automobile Benefits Online Calculator;
- Tax information web service;
- CRA Sign in;
- Business Registration Online; and
- Candidate profile.
Employers are responsible for:
- Reviewing the maintenance dates carefully;
- Assessing the impact on payroll and tax-related processes; and
- Communicating with payroll teams and service providers to minimize disruptions and avoid compliance risks during this maintenance shutdown.
