On November 26, 2025, the CRA released the fillable 2025 T4A slip form on their website.
Employers should do the following.
- Download the 2025 fillable T4A slip from the CRA's website.
- Review the form instructions to ensure all required fields are completed
- correctly.
- Begin gathering and verifying payment records for the 2025 tax year.
- Ensure all recipient information is up to date, including addresses, SIN numbers, and Payment details.
- Plan for the annual T4A filing deadline (typically the last day of February).
