On November 14, 2025, the CRA released the fillable 2025 T4 slip form on their website.
Employers Should:
- Download the 2025 fillable T4 slip from the CRA website;
- Review the form instructions to ensure all required fields are completed correctly;
- Begin gathering and verifying payroll records for the 2025 tax year;
- Ensure all employee information is up to date, including addresses, SIN numbers, and taxable benefit details; and
- Plan for the annual T4 filing deadline (typically the last day of February).
