Single Sign-in to Access the CRA’s Account

Previously, users accessing the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) online portals—My Account, My Business Account, and Represent a Client—were required to sign in separately to each service. This process could be time-consuming and cumbersome, particularly for individuals managing multiple accounts or roles. 

Following advocacy from the National Payroll Institute through its Payroll Administration Advisory Council, the newly simplified sign-in process now allows users to access all these services through a single sign-in. This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate between separate sign-in pages, streamlining the experience and saving time for users. This integrated approach ensures taxpayers’ information and services are available in one convenient location. 

Employers already registered for any CRA portals do not need to re-register under the new system. Simply use existing credentials to sign in and gain instant access to the services you need.
