Pay Transparency laws now require employers to publicly include expected wages in the job postings and are expected to disclose if artificial intelligence is to be used during the hiring process

New job-protected leave to help employees dealing with a critical sickness, such as cancer, to benefit from a 26-week leave of absence

Canadian Work Experience will be banned as a requirement in job postings or application forms
