Effective July 4, 2023, Ontario employers with a business number can report insurable earnings and pay their WSIB premiums online through their CRA My Business Account, using pre-authorized debit.
This new option for Ontario businesses makes it easier for them to manage their WSIB payments online. Businesses can visit wsib.ca to learn about other options for paying their premiums.
The measure is, in part, a result of direct recommendations made by the National Payroll Institute over the past several years.
