Minimum Wage

Effective June 1, 2023, the British Columbia (B.C) minimum wage will increase from $15.65 to $16.75. This 6.9 percent increase reflects B.C.’s average annual inflation rate in 2022. The adjustment reflects the government’s commitment to aligning annual minimum wage increases with inflation.
