Tips for Employees

    1. Contact your administrator to confirm that they used the correct email. Make sure to look out for spelling mistakes or typos.
    2. Confirm that you are using the correct email address and it is spelled correctly.
    3. If you haven't received the welcome email, please check your spam folder in your email account. Occasionally, the welcome email might be directed there by your email provider.
    4. If you cannot find your activation email, attempt to log in with the correct email at knitapps.com/en/login, the system will prompt you to resend the activation email, which you can use to access your account. 
    5. If you haven't created a password, or you don't remember your current password, simply reset your password by following the password reset guide.
