- Contact your administrator to confirm that they used the correct email. Make sure to look out for spelling mistakes or typos.
- Confirm that you are using the correct email address and it is spelled correctly.
- If you haven't received the welcome email, please check your spam folder in your email account. Occasionally, the welcome email might be directed there by your email provider.
- If you cannot find your activation email, attempt to log in with the correct email at knitapps.com/en/login, the system will prompt you to resend the activation email, which you can use to access your account.
- If you haven't created a password, or you don't remember your current password, simply reset your password by following the password reset guide.
