Administrators: Updating the Company Bank Account
To add a new company bank account:
- Open the Company Tab, select Bank Accounts and then select Add Bank Account in the top right corner
- The Add Company Bank Account window will open. Choose the bank name from the drop-down menu and then enter the transit & account number. Select save
(IMPORTANT: Updating banking information is subject to bank verification, which can take up to 3 business days to process)
- A micro deposit will be sent to your new bank account. Once you receive the micro deposit, select the 3 action dots located next to the new account. Select verify account and enter the amount of the micro deposit
- Once your micro deposit has been verified you can proceed to deleting the old account. Select the 3 action dots and select delete.
