Password Reset Trouble Shooting

Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing difficulty resetting your password

  1. Open up your browser's password manager and clear your previously saved usernames & passwords for Knitapps.com. Here are links to instructions on how to access password management settings for different browsers:
  2. Please use this link to request a password reset email
  3. Clear your Browser’s Cache 
  4. If you have requested multiple password reset emails, please make sure that you are selecting the most recent email link; if you select a password reset link from a previous email it will not work.
  5. If you do not notice the password reset email in your inbox, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as our emails are sometimes sent there
  6. Make sure to add support@knitpeople.com to your email contact list
